Crime: Theft and general inconvenience

Wanted Poster 16

Tai Shan Icon: We've had thieves in Aether before and I doubt this one will be the last, but what separates this one from the crowd is their...habit of making it hard for others to steal as well. Strange as it may sound, this Klefki is making crime harder than ever by taking every key it can get its, uh, chains on; however, in the process of doing so, it is making daily life far harder of us as 'mons can no longer unlock their doors, chests, you name it, so we're going to have to bring them in and get the keys back.

Species: Klefki
Gender: Female
Age: Young, somewhere between 7-9 years old
Race: Gunjyhn
Characteristic: Sturdy body
Nature: Brave

Description I'm of the belief that because this child is both so young and using the keys they take to lock the things they open before they go that they think they helping everyone by stopping theft - I have a feeling they have yet to see a lock-pick. Their good attentions aside, they are causing a huge hassle for us here in Aether and the ends of positions being safe does not justify the means of stealing; however, because they are so young and trying to do good, I personally ask that you don't treat them too roughly when you go to apprehend them, though don't assume that you going light on them will mean they'll treat you the same.

Move Set:

Mirror Shot - The user looses a flash of energy at the target from its polished body. It may also lower the target's accuracy.

Covet - The user endearingly approaches the target, then steals the target's held item.

Thunder Wave - A weak electric charge is launched at the target. It causes paralysis if it hits.

Substitute - The user makes a copy of itself using some of its HP. The copy serves as the user's decoy.

Play Rough - The user plays rough with the target and attacks it. This may also lower the target's Attack stat.

Spikes - The user lays a trap of spikes at the opposing team's feet. The trap hurts Pokémon that switch into battle.
