Crime: Multiple Kidnappings and Assault
: Have you all heard the Gailamir legend of Krampus? Well, this 'mon certainly has - at least, we think this 'mon has and that we're not dealing with the beast of legend. Don't get too worried about the legend (we're fairly certain this is an imposter) and focus on worrying about the criminal themselves, as they are nothing to laugh at.

Description This Gogoat has been kidnapping and whipping children they deem as naughty, some say that they also eat the children they take but we've had no confirmed reports of this. They should be easy for you to spot among a crowd, as they are one of the few Gogoats with the ability to travel in a bipedal fashion, however, I would advise you to be very cautious with them; they boast tremendous strength and speed and are very skilled in combat. Although we would usually advise traps to help you catch a criminal, this 'mon seems to only be interested in naughty children and we do not condone the use of children as bait here in Aether, so don't let me catch you or hear that you've done so!
Move Set:
Vine Whip - The target is struck with slender, whip-like vines to inflict damage.
Leaf Blade - The user handles a sharp leaf like a sword and attacks by cutting its target. Critical hits land more easily.
Bulldoze - The user stomps down on the ground and attacks everything in the area. Hit Pokémon's Speed stat is reduced.
Milk Drink - The user restores its own HP by up to half of its maximum HP. May also be used in the field to heal HP.
Payback - If the user moves after the target, this attack's power will be doubled.
Wild Charge - The user shrouds itself in electricity and smashes into its target. It also damages the user a little.
